2. How Your Data Is Used

• Generate a visa eligibility scorecard
• Create a downloadable briefing packet you can share with an immigration lawyer
• Improve your user experience while using the product

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Uploaded Documents: We do not store any uploaded documents. Your files are processed in-memory (RAM) and permanently discarded after parsing.
• Analysis Results: Your visa analysis results are temporarily stored in encrypted cache for up to 24-48 hours to allow you to access your results during your session.
• Name Information: Providing your name is optional. If provided, it's used only during processing to improve accuracy and is not permanently stored.
• Immediate Deletion: You can immediately purge all your temporary data at any time using the "Delete My Data" option in your results.

4. AI Usage & OpenAI Integration

VisaMapAI uses large language models (LLMs), including those provided by OpenAI, to process your information.

We have taken the following precautions:

• Prompt and completion sharing with OpenAI is disabled
• OpenAI API call logging is disabled
• We do not submit your data for model training or research
• Only the information needed to generate your scorecard is sent, and it is never retained.

5. Analytics & Feedback

We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the VisaMapAI product. This may include:

• Feature usage (e.g. which steps are completed)
• Time to complete the form
• Feedback you provide voluntarily
• Non-personally identifiable input patterns that help us improve future recommendations

By using VisaMapAI, you consent to allow us to learn from your anonymized inputs to improve the quality, consistency, and accuracy of VisaMapAI's recommendations. No personal data, uploaded documents, or identifiable information will ever be shared or sold.

To improve VisaMapAI's accuracy and performance, we may analyze anonymized data from your inputs — such as resume structure, supporting document formats, and form responses — after all personal identifiers have been removed.

This data may be used to:

We never retain uploaded documents or PII. All anonymized analysis is conducted in-memory, with no personal information stored or shared.
