Terms of Service for VisaMapAI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisaMapAI's website, applications, or other services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

• "Services": VisaMapAI's online visa-scoring and strategy tools, including the Visa Scorecard and Lawyer Packet generator.
• "User Content": Any information, documents, or data you submit through the Services, including form inputs and uploads (e.g., resumes, recommendation letters).
• "Outputs": AI-generated results, recommendations, scorecards, and packets provided by the Services.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

We process your personal data and uploads only as described in our Privacy Policy (https://www.visamapai.com/privacy). You consent to our in-memory processing and immediate deletion of uploaded documents once results are generated; no uploaded files or parsed content are retained on our servers.

Anonymized usage data and stripped inputs may be collected to improve Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

5. License to User Content

You retain ownership of all User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant VisaMapAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and process your data solely to operate the Services.

6. Ownership of Outputs & Disclaimers

Outputs are provided "as is" and solely for informational purposes. VisaMapAI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any Outputs; you must verify with an immigration attorney before acting. VisaMapAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

7. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

If you purchase paid features or subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees in U.S. dollars. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancellation prior to the next billing cycle is your responsibility.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility and cancellation procedures will be as described at purchase. Generally, refunds are available only if Services cannot be initiated; no refunds once Outputs have been delivered.

9. Service Modifications

VisaMapAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or misuse the Services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, at our discretion, without liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisaMapAI and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaMapAI's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We disclaim all consequential, incidental, and punitive damages.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
